Final Farewell to Fair Hills

I attempted to find a different starting point than the last time I was here. OK, so I followed two other riders for a bit. The fields were nice and green.
Soon we hit a nice singltrack loop in the woods. This is a section I never ride on the other side of Appleton Road. Short, but some great downhill unless you ride it back in the opposite direction. My only mistake of the day.
We find our way out taking a nice cool ride through the stream crossing.
The key now is to get across the highway to the big section of the park, and I find the way there. That opens up some great trails like South Park, Crackhead Bob, and Drunken Sailor plus others that I don't know. The best thing about it is that somehow I linked them all together without repeating.
Much steeper than it looks. Much, much steeper!
The final ride into the sunset or actually one last hellish climb in the heat. A bit of a sad ending but I'll get over it as I start think about all the great front range riding to come.
